How it started
It all started when Angela and Isabella first met back in 2019 while working together with an NYC wedding planner. The only topic they ever wanted to talk about was weddings and events. They realized that they did not know anybody that shared this passion the way they did. Out of shared interest, a beautiful friendship began and so did a great partnership. So, in the midst of a global pandemic, Blissful Vows Events LLC was founded.
Angela Cho
Angela Cho is one of our co-founders, planners, and designers. An incredibly bright, talented, and passionate wedding planner, Angela brings over seven years of experience designing and executing weddings both in the United States and Korea. Her extraordinary attention to detail and calm, steady presence allow her to expertly guide couples through the planning process, advocate for their needs, and bring their vision to life.

Angela is deeply driven by handling the behind-the-scenes stress of a wedding day to ensure every celebration is seamless and truly unforgettable. She is fluent in Korean and conversational in Spanish, allowing her to support a diverse range of couples and families. When she’s not executing a perfect wedding day, you’ll likely find Angela in the kitchen baking and cooking—it’s her favorite way to unwind when she isn’t working.
Isabella Brascetta
Isabella Brascetta is a calm, thoughtful, and exceptionally organized event coordinator with over seven years of experience in the wedding and event industry.

Isabella began her career interning with some of New York City’s most respected wedding planners, later deepening her expertise by working with top floral design teams across the city. This hands-on experience gave her a strong foundation in event design and execution from the ground up.

With a background in Media Management and Communications, Isabella seamlessly blends logistical precision with creative problem-solving. She’s known for her steady, reassuring presence and for making clients feel fully supported—from setup to send-off. Every event she touches is intentional, beautiful, and flawlessly executed.

Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, Isabella brings a multicultural perspective to her work. Outside of weddings, she enjoys hosting dinner parties, crafting, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones. Her creativity and attention to detail shine through not only on event days, but in everything she does.
